We had a dream to replace our ‘knock down’ at Kiama Downs with duplexes. It was a big decision to choose a builder to help us realise that dream. Fortunately, we made the right decision to choose Smartbuild South Coast.
Jake and his team treated us courteously and respectfully from Day One. Unlike a Project Home company where you can get lost in the system and communication can be problematic, it was so reassuring to have Jake right there, involved in the project every step on the way. There was ongoing, honest communication where we felt at ease to ask questions or seek modifications. We were grateful that Jake always gave honest and logical opinions and felt comfortable to suggest alternatives. At the same time, he remained respectful of our final decisions.
Jake took the time to answer questions during site visits and was patient with us as we checked out the process made. We were also impressed with the courteous manner with which his team greeted us on site – with a smile or a ‘G’day’. It’s those little things that make a difference.
Jake delivered ahead of schedule and presented us with a high-quality duplex which we are proud to call our own. We have received numerous compliments from friends, family and neighbours and we couldn’t be happier.
