Thankyou to Jake and the Smartbuild team, for bringing our dual occupancy to life! After seeing some of the homes you had built previously, we knew a quality of home would be given and our expectations were not only met but exceeded every step of the way.

The whole process was made easy with Jake being flexible to all of our needs throughout the build. Jake was highly organized which made the build run smoothly and on time. Extra time was taken during many walk throughs to make sure we had everything just the way we wanted and any changes or adjustments were made with no trouble at all.

The Smartbuild team were always great to work with, they were friendly, accommodating, and respectful throughout. They were always willing to answer one of our many questions or ask for our thoughts and ideas to make sure we were always happy.We were so pleased with the service and quality of the trades used throughout. The build was finished to a high standard with excellent workmanship and better than we could ever imagined.We really appreciate the professional manner you and the entire team presented throughout the process
